The experience of the stock market assignment was very enlightened in the sense that one could lose their life savings/investment if they are not careful or lack the understand and rules of the market. The appearance of investment may seem simply but the actuality is much more complex.
Good organizational culture is very important to enhance a healthy working environment. Strategic managers must be intentional in establishing the culture for their employees to feel comfortable and valued. This course was very informative and highlighted the need for better understanding of individual needs and leaders who sets high moral values for themselves and abide by them.
