Developing the questionnaire and the instrument with the assistance of four experts was a rewarding experience and I learn how to strategize to achieve organizational goals. It was important that that each item is relevant and clear to avoid ambiguity. This is a vital skill I learn through this program that is essential to professional and academic assessments.

I use a case study to illustrate competency in these areas. This study allows me to examine a complex real problem and apply skills learned in this program which is to analyze the problem, explore possibilities, avoid potential road blocks and make cost effective recommendations for amicable resolutions with all parties involved.
