During my tenure as Chairman of the Linden SDA School, created the first Comprehensive School Safety Plan for the school which serves as a model for other Adventists schools in the Northeastern Conference of SDA. This plan assists the school to create and maintain a safety and learning conducive environment for both students and staff while maintaining a healthy relationship with community partners. This School Safety Plan requires school staff to be AED certified. I also organize and led a team of school staff and church members to prepare for the 2011 accreditation review of the school form the Atlantic Union of SDA. We were successful in securing 6 years of accreditation. I also created a Site Response Plan for the Linden SDA Church. This plan outlines step-by-step process to response to medical emergencies including calling 911. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
